Privacy Policy

Summary

Your uploaded and generated photos are private. Other users cannot access them. We use them to provide the generation features you request, not to train models, sell data, or create public examples.

Data we process

• Photos you upload as likeness references or custom composition references.
• AI-generated photos and your quality feedback.
• An anonymous account ID, installation ID, optional Sign in with Apple identifier, and app version.
• Purchase, subscription, entitlement, credit-ledger, and referral records.
• Product interactions, attribution information when permitted, diagnostics, security events, and support messages.

Why we process it

We process data to generate and deliver photos, maintain private accounts and credits, complete and restore purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, understand product performance, attribute advertising when permitted, comply with law, and protect the service. Depending on the activity and your location, the legal basis is performance of our contract, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.

Photos and AI providers

Selected images are transmitted to Google’s Gemini API to perform the generation or image-quality check you requested. SwipeIQ stores source and generated images in private Cloudflare storage. Images are never placed in a public gallery. SwipeIQ does not currently use customer photos or outputs for model or LoRA training.

Service providers

SwipeIQ uses Cloudflare for application hosting, private storage, and databases; Google Gemini for image generation and analysis; RevenueCat and Apple for purchases and entitlements; PostHog for product analytics; and AppsFlyer for advertising attribution. Each provider processes only the data required for its role and is subject to its own contractual and legal obligations.

Retention

Source photos are scheduled for deletion within seven days of upload. Generated images remain available until you delete your account or request deletion. Operational logs and support records are retained only as reasonably needed. Purchase records may be retained longer when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully completed. You can request account deletion inside the app. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

International processing

Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. Data is encrypted in transit, storage is private, and access is limited to operating the service.

Age and uploaded content

SwipeIQ is for adults aged 18 or older. Upload only images you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload another person’s likeness without permission.

Changes and contact
