Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. You may upload only images you own or have permission to use. You must not use SwipeIQ to impersonate another person, deceive others materially, exploit minors, or create unlawful, intimate, harassing, or abusive content.

The service

SwipeIQ creates AI-generated dating photos using your selected likeness and composition references. Generation is probabilistic. Results may contain errors, may not perfectly preserve identity, and are not guaranteed to improve matches or dating outcomes. Review every image before using it.

Truthful use

You are responsible for ensuring your dating profile remains truthful. Do not use a generated scene to claim a pet, activity, possession, physique, location, or lifestyle that materially misrepresents you.

Subscriptions and credits

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription price, duration, included usage, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Each generation or generative edit consumes the number of credits shown before confirmation. A provider or technical failure that does not deliver a usable output is returned automatically. User-requested regenerations and edits are separate generations.

Cancellations and refunds

You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple. Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions. Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You give SwipeIQ and its processors a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use delivered outputs for your personal dating profiles.

Availability and account action

We may modify or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or legal compliance. We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, prohibited content, chargebacks, or material violations of these terms.

Responsibility

The service is provided with reasonable care, but AI outputs and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
